Together, we will enjoy learning the tools to stay focused and protected throughout your day. How to stay within your own vibration and not absorb negativity from others, as well as great ways to process and dispel any negative energy that you may be holding.
You will learn to recognize negativity and energy drains and be able to place boundaries in place to keep your vibration high and pure.
